As we head into the winter break, ARC’s CAST (Crisis Assessment Support Team) would like to share some college and community resources with all of you. The winter break can be great for some people, but it can be really stressful and uncertain for others, so please know about the services that are available.


ARC Beaver Cares

The Beaver Cares Basic Needs Center offers a wide range of services including food assistance, housing resources, and more.


ARC CAST Referral Form

CAST provides support for students with complex needs. For non-emergency concerns please use this link to submit a referral. Turnaround time for CAST referrals is up to 48 hours.


ARC Telehealth

All ARC students have access to FREE 24/7 (anytime, anywhere) medical or mental health services through ARC Telehealth.


Aunt Bertha/Findhelp

A searchable resource database that connects people in need to the programs that serve them within the community.



CalHOPE Connect offers safe, secure, and culturally sensitive emotional support for all Californians who may need support relating to COVID-19.
