Rachel Rosenthal is a travel, wedding, and fine art photographer based in Lake of Pines, California. She’s long been an avid photographer and following retirement as an educator now fully devoted to “chasing the light.” She’s traveled to over 60 countries on six continents, with more in the planning stages.  For her, photography is the fascinating challenge of combining technology with artistry to create images that ignite the imagination and transport the viewer.

Her work has been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions at Viewpoint Gallery, KVIE Annual Art Auction, Blue Line Arts, Wild and Scenic Film Festival, Granucci Gallery in the Center for the Arts, and Gallery 125. She has taught photography workshops and is currently the president of Nevada County Camera Club, one of the largest camera clubs in Northern California.

“Serene Beauty”

Rachel will lead a discussion on the importance of, and strategies for, presenting your images.  Do you have well designed, visually appealing, and convenient access to your best images?  And if so, does it represent who you are as an artist and photographer?  Are you in control of your image workflow from capture through to presentation, able to share a portfolio worthy image or project to a prospective employer or gallery owner with ease? Is your work ready to be discovered and applauded?
